CUSTOMER DATA
- The brand on this website is the data controller for all personal data collected, including data relating to your purchase of tickets but excluding payment card data (i.e. the sixteen digit card number, expiry date and three digit security code), and reserves the right to make changes to these policies from time to time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements and for any other legitimate and lawful purpose.
- Twisted Tickets has engaged Stripe Payments Europe Limited ("Stripe") to securely process transactions made on this website that require use of a payment card. Stripe carries out its obligations related to the processing of payments and ensures Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards have been met. PRICING
- All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Ticket prices on this website are subject to change at any time prior to placing your order. Any additional booking fees, delivery fees, service charges and venue facility fees will be indicated to you prior to placing your order.

NO REFUNDS
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, venue management and/or Twisted Tickets shall not be required to issue you a refund, provided that you are given the right to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event, or to exchange this ticket for a ticket that is comparable in price and location with another similar event within 12 months of the originally scheduled event.

ALTERATIONS
- Performance dates, times, prices, and cast are subject to change without notice. The seat allocated at time of booking is subject to change and Twisted Tickets are entitled to issue a new seat of equivalent value and quality.

USE OF TICKET
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed and are only valid only for the event, timed entry (for non-seated events) and allocated seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash.
- You agree by the use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. You grant permission to the organisation sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to utilise your image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all languages, and in all media now known or hereafter devised.

LIABILITY
- You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You voluntarily agree that the venue management facility, Twisted Tickets, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") are expressly released by you from any claims arising from such causes, other than liability for death or personal injury caused by the Released Parties' negligence.

ADMISSION
- Venue management and Twisted Tickets reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

APPLICABLE LAW
- These terms of purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any actions or claims under these terms of use and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, provided, that nothing herein shall prevent the application and enforcement of mandatory and applicable law. If any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Terms And Conditions
- The Promoter appoints Twisted Tickets to sell tickets for their event. Twisted Tickets acts purely as an agent and has no responsibility for the event itself.
- The Promoter confirms that they have made all the necessary hire arrangements with the venue and contracted artists to perform as advertised.
- The Promoter will register an account with Twisted Tickets – completely free of charge and may then upload their event(s) onto the website.
- It is the Promoter's responsibility to ensure all event and ticket detail listed are accurate and Twisted Tickets cannot be held liable for any errors.
- If the Promoter requests Twisted Tickets to load their event, it is the promoter's responsibility to check the final listing for any errors. Once loaded, Twisted Tickets accept no responsibility for any errors.
- Twisted Tickets will add a booking fee to the ticket, which can be paid by the customer or from the ticket price. This booking fee to be approximately 10% unless otherwise agreed.
- The amount redeemed to the Promoter is inclusive of VAT and it is the Promoters' responsibly to conduct his tax affairs accordingly.
- Twisted Tickets will provide the Promoter with an invoice following the event, detailing tickets sold and remittance due.
- EVENT DAY PAYMENT - Payments will be made on the day of the event - at least by time of doors opening. Cut off for same day payments is three days BEFORE the event. E.G., if your event is on a Saturday the event day payment cut off is Wednesday. This means any tickets sold between the Wednesday and the Saturday, (event day), will be paid three working days after the event, to ensure all payments have cleared. However, up until this time – any tickets purchased and CLEARED will be paid to the promoter ON EVENT DAY. All payments are paid by BACS transfer, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- It is the promoter's responsibility to enter and update your payment details and inform us which account you would like payment to be made to. Twisted Tickets takes no responsibility if any payments are made to the wrong account.
- In the instance of complaints about the event being received by Twisted Tickets, we reserve the right to withhold payment for up to 1 month, to resolve any disputes with customers (this time period may change).
- Twisted Tickets will not refund tickets without the promoter's express agreement which must be submitted in writing unless we cannot contact the promoter within 1 week of the event by means listed on the promoter's account.
- You agree to include Twisted Tickets logo or our web address on all your promotions.
- We do not recommend that you display any advertisements where you do not have prior arrangements.
- If we receive any fines through promotions the promoter has done i.e., fly posters or hand-to-hand flyering, you agree to pay them, as Twisted Tickets takes no responsibility. Whenever possible Twisted Tickets will pass on any communication received from councils to relevant parties but will not be held responsible if contact cannot be made.
- If your event is cancelled or does not go ahead for whatever reason and you do not inform us in advance, you agree to pay Twisted Tickets the total amount of booking fees, transactions charges and any other associated fees so that we can refund the customers in full.
- It is the promoter's responsibility to enter and update your contact details.
- The promoter must not include any information on their event(s) page(s) referring to other ways of purchasing tickets to their event(s), through any means. This includes any special offers, prices, packages, or 'on the door' sales and so on that are not listed on Twisted Tickets or any other information that may decrease or negatively affect sales with Twisted Tickets.
